This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for mouve paid subscriptions operated by The Web People.

1. Nature of the product

mouve is a digital SaaS subscription. Access begins as soon as a plan is activated (including after a successful payment or when you upgrade from Free to a paid pack).

2. Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal from the mouve Android app (Plans / Account) or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain access until the end of the already-paid billing period unless we state otherwise in the app.
Cancelling does not automatically delete your company data. Request deletion separately if needed.

3. Refunds

Duplicate or failed charges: If you were charged twice for the same cycle or charged after a confirmed cancellation that should have stopped renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge. After verification, we will refund the duplicate/erroneous amount within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Service not delivered: If a successful payment did not activate your plan due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days. We will either activate the plan or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Change of mind: Because digital access is granted immediately, fees for an already-started billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described above.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your registered company email, payment id / invoice number, and a short description. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

5. Upgrades

Plan upgrades are charged as shown in the app at checkout. Any prorating behaviour will be displayed before you confirm payment.
