These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the mouvemobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by The Web People("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
mouve provides software for companies to track field-staff journeys, view live location during active journeys, review journey history and distance, manage staff accounts, and subscribe to monthly staff-capacity plans. The Service is delivered primarily through our Android application and supporting APIs.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details. Company admins are responsible for staff they invite, for safeguarding login credentials, and for complying with applicable employment and privacy laws when tracking staff.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees as shown on our Pricing section and in the app at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner. By purchasing, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the selected payment method for recurring renewal until you cancel according to the Cancellation & Refunds policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse location tracking for unlawful surveillance.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
- Do not share accounts or upload malicious content.
5. Location data
Staff must grant location permissions for journey tracking to work. Location is collected during active journeys for the company's operational purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
The mouve name, logo, app, and software are owned by The Web People. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during an active Free or paid subscription.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GPS accuracy depends on device hardware, network conditions, and environment. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or perfect positioning.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, The Web People is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid subscription is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
