mouve is a digital software service. We do not ship physical goods.

1. Delivery of the Service

After signup or a successful subscription payment, access is delivered electronically through the mouve Android application and our APIs.
Typical activation is immediate (usually within a few minutes) after payment is confirmed. In rare cases of payment gateway delay, activation may take up to 24 hours; contact support if access is missing.
The Android app is distributed via Google Play (or an authorised build channel during early access). See Get the app.

2. No physical shipping

There are no courier deliveries, packaging, or shipping charges. Invoices refer to software subscription fees only.
